Please remember that during check-in, we require a government-issued photo identification and a valid credit card or debit card.
A 50% deposit is due to confirm your reservation. Balance is due 14 days before check-in.
At the time of booking, we also ask our guests for a security deposit of $250. This is in case there is any damage to the property or broken house violations during your stay. The money is simply reserved a day or two before you arrive and then released after departure and if there is no damage, there is nothing you need to do.
For our standard cancellation policy, we offer a full 100% refund for any cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
We offer a 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refund of the service fee.

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our vacation homes. Occasionally we make an exception on a case by case basis and a $100 refundable pet deposit will be required. Thank you for understanding. We strive to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all of our guests.
We welcome children at our short term rentals but unfortunately do not offer special equipment on-site. Please contact us for further questions.
Check-in time is after 3:00 PM, and check-out time is before 11:00 AM. We offer a self check-in process with a smart lock system for your convenience.
