Reservation and Booking:
To make a reservation, simply visit our user-friendly website and browse through our exquisite selection of vacation homes. Choose the property that matches your preferences and follow the provided instructions to complete your booking. During check-in, please have a government-issued photo identification and a valid credit card, debit card, or cash deposit on hand for any incidental charges.

Rental Payment:
– The rental payment includes the cost of your stay, cleaning fees, and any applicable service fees. Please review each listing for specific details.

Cancellation and Refunds:
– Within 48 hours after booking: You will receive a full refund of what you paid.
– One week before check-in at 3:00 PM: You will receive a partial refund of 50% for each night. The service fee is non-refundable.
– On the day of check-in: No refund will be provided. Please contact us for any further inquiries.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 3:00 PM, and check-out time is before 11:00 AM. We offer a convenient self-check-in process with a smart lock system.

Guest Responsibilities:
– Smoking, pets, parties, and events are strictly prohibited.
– Shoes should not be worn inside the home.
– Unregistered guests or visitors are not allowed. The maximum capacity is 4 people.
– Quiet time should be observed after 10 p.m.
– Please be considerate of neighboring guests who may share the backyard.
– Eating or drinking in the bedrooms is not allowed. Please enjoy your meals in the kitchen dining area.
– Dispose of garbage or recycling in the provided trash bins.
– Remember to turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the house.
– Ensure all windows are closed as the front door will lock automatically.

Property Conditions and Liability:
– Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the property during their stay. Any damages or excessive cleaning required due to negligence or misconduct may result in additional charges.
– Bloomridge Properties is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your stay. Guests are responsible for their own safety and should exercise caution while on the premises.
– Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings and valuables. Bloomridge Properties is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during your stay.
– Guests must comply with all local laws, regulations, and community guidelines. Any illegal activities or disturbances caused by guests may result in immediate eviction without refund.
– Bloomridge Properties is not responsible for any disruptions to utilities or services (such as internet, electricity, or water) that are beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to rectify any issues promptly.
– The use of amenities, such as swimming pools, fitness centers, or recreational facilities, is at the guest’s own risk. Guests should follow any posted rules and guidelines and exercise caution while using these facilities.
– Guests are advised to secure travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances or events that may affect their stay.
– Bloomridge Properties reserves the right to access the property at reasonable times for maintenance, repairs, or inspections.

Termination of Agreement:
– Bloomridge Properties reserves the right to terminate the agreement and request immediate vacation of the property if there is a violation of these terms and conditions or any disruptive misconduct that affects the well-being of other guests or the property.

Dispute Resolution:
– Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or your stay at Bloomridge Properties will be resolved through negotiation. If necessary, legal proceedings will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
