There is an upstairs unit that may be rented out at the same time. Backyard is shared. Please be respectful of others privacy.
Backyard rec house has a corn hole game, dart board, and lawn chairs for your enjoyment. Tether ball is in the fenced field.
There is also a bistro table and chairs in the veggie garden, a charming place for a picnic!
Please park in the driveway on the right. Space on the left is for upstairs guests.

We have central heat & air conditioning. Controls are in upstairs unit. If cold, close vents. If hot, we have an oscillating fan. Wood and kindling for fireplace is out past shed. Make fires responsibly and put out before you leave.
