There is a neighboring studio with attached wall. Backyard is shared. Please be respectful of others privacy.
Please park on side of house in gravel driveway. If two cars, park close. Carport in the front of house is for the guests in separate unit.

* Get on I-26 W/US-19 N/US-23 N/US-70 W from Patton Ave
* Follow I-26 W/US-19 N/US-23 N/US-70 W to US-19 BUS N/US-25 S in Woodfin.
* Take exit 23 from I-26 W/US-19 N/US-23 N/US-70 W
* Take Weaverville Rd to Wellington Dr

Woodfin is a small town bordering a stretch of the French Broad River, with picnic spots, fishing, and kayaking at Woodfin River Park. Specialty shops and secondhand stores are scattered on and around Weaverville Road, while an eclectic dining scene includes burger and BBQ joints, Mexican restaurants, and homey cafes.
Our charming cottage features two bedrooms with luxurious queen sized beds, soft cotton sheets and cozy pillows to give you the best nights sleep ever!
Newly renovated full kitchen with island can accommodate your favorite home cooked meal and seat six comfortably. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need including organic coffee, organic tea, and treats.
Stay connected in the office area with dedicated desk off the living room.
Enjoy the fire pit outside or ball toss game. Outdoor area is shared by guests in neighboring studio.
We have mini split units in the bedrooms and living room for heat & air conditioning.
Controls are in the living room mounted on the wall. Remote control works for all units.
Please replace after you adjust temperature and set unit to 74′ before check out if you have adjusted the temperature.
Please remove shoes in house.
No unregistered guests or parties.
Quiet time 10 pm.
